    The hotel was a useful base for enjoying a pretty nice area, close to Tauranga and food places and the waterfront. All the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. - the room I stayed in was a decent size and well-appointed, complete with a balcony and a comfortable bedroom. - the stay was absolutely GOOD. Overall, City Suites in Tauranga offers a convenient location close to Tauranga and dining options as well as the waterfront. the hotel staff is known for being incredibly friendly and helpful. the rooms are spacious, well-equipped, featuring balconies and comfortable bedrooms, making for a good stay.

    We loved staying here, the place exceeded high expectations. The room was spotless, neat with a large comfortable bed and the overall experience was fairly nice. The staff was fantastic friendly and outstandingly friendly and made us feel comfortable. The location was great, close to The Elms. There was a superb bar with friendly service.

    Open, clean, lots of windows, facilities within the room were clean, appropriate. The underground parking with lift connection was very convenient and helpful - like city accommodation. City Suites was so central to everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The reception staff were extremely helpful and listened to me dribble on about the weather and was able to incorporate the waiting person, i didnt see standing behind me,in a very unobtrusive manner.

    The lift was slow and used the stairs on two occasions - good exercise.

    Amazing value for the price! The beds were spacious and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The kitchenette was well-equipped, great to prepare our own meals. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for its affordability and amenities.

    I stay at a lot of hotels/motels for my work and I stay here every time I come to Tauranga for business. The staff are lovely, the rooms are clean (which is actually really hard to find sometimes) and it is really quiet. I work long hours during the day and meet and talk to a lot of people and it is so nice to come to a place where the staff are so welcoming, the rooms are so comfortable and clean, free internet for me to do work at nights and quiet so I can actually relax after a long day. I highly recommend City Suites and will always stay here when I am working in Tauranga,
